Annual showcase framework
The annual edition is a planned editorial program, not an open call or active award. This framework states what must exist before projects, partners, sponsors, or events are invited.
Project evidence before prestige
Every included project will need a reviewed project passport, source links, stage, AI role, human role, evidence boundary, failure or limitation note, and correction contact. A compelling demo cannot replace an inspectable record.
Local review before publication
People close to the described work must be able to review context, correct errors, remove unsafe detail, and understand how the account will be distributed. Participation in a demo or event will not imply publication consent.
Editorial selection stays independent
Selection criteria will be public and tied to usefulness, evidence, context, and learning. Payment, sponsorship, partnership, or a vendor relationship will not buy inclusion or change an editorial ranking.
Commercial support stays adjacent
Issue, event, newsletter, and annual publication sponsorship may be offered later. Every placement will be labeled next to the commercial material, and sponsors will not receive private project or participant data.
Correction and takedown operations come first
A verified editorial contact, response process, correction log, removal path, and accountable owner must be operational before any third-party project story is published.
