METHOD / ISSUE 001
Document the condition, decision, evidence, and limit
Issue 001 contains original editorial guidance. It does not present interviews, community submissions, field research participants, or quantitative geographic findings.
Start with the job and setting
Every guide begins with a repeated task and an observable operating condition. Broad region labels are avoided when the relevant unit is a workplace, service, classroom, team, or community.
Distinguish observation from inference
Future field records must identify what was directly observed, what a participant reported, what the editor inferred, and what was not measured. Unsupported impact claims do not become evidence through repetition.
Keep local review in the loop
Third-party stories remain closed until participants can review context, correct errors, limit sensitive detail, understand publication, and reach a verified correction process.
Write the transfer test
A reusable lesson ends with the conditions another team must verify before adapting it. This preserves the value of the lesson without pretending the original place can be copied.
