PROCEDURE
- 01Ask each participant to describe the current job and its exceptions.
- 02Trace one representative record from creation through deletion.
- 03Identify who can access, interpret, correct, and reuse the record.
- 04List prohibited uses and unresolved permission questions.
- 05Return the written summary for correction before design begins.
A corrected context brief and a data-boundary list with named owners.
An interview does not replace formal permission, policy review, or participant consent.
