- 03Record language, device, connection, policy, and data constraints.
- 04Separate observed evidence from assumptions and intended outcomes.
- 05Name the correction contact and the hand-back path.
A dated, reviewable project passport that travels with the demo or public story.
Do not include personal or sensitive detail merely to make the project sound specific.
